A client local to our Folkestone offices, Saga Cruises is just one part of a multi-million, well-renowned and established provider of holidays, insurance, savings and much more for the over 50s market. Within a deep understanding of the brand (several Progress people were in previous lives once Saga people) we’ve in recent times worked closely with the Cruise side of the business.

Brand positioning.

From clarifying the customer journey, cruise experience and scope of the Saga cruise offer, we encapsulated the offering as ‘Giving you more’. To give this depth and value, this was translated through physical and digital collateral as well as user generated content from both a generic and product / service specific perspective, giving Saga cruises a clear, defined and distinct positioning.
