Alongside their European counterparts, the Middle East and African Food and Beverage team at Hilton are constantly looking to excel and exceed the delivery of culinary and drink offering to customers across the hotel portfolio. Having seen the highly-rated delivery of the European conference, we were the natural choice for this regional variation.
‘Keep Your Focus’ workshop.
As for Europe, bi-annually, the MEA team brings together their culinary and front of house teams from their hotels around Middle East, Africa and Turkey to share insight, direction, strategy and inspiration to drive overall customer satisfaction and business performance. With a different audience and mindset from their European colleagues, this was re-worked as more hands-on workshop as opposed to a conference in Durban, South Africa.
A landmark event.
As for the European version, this was another project with a total remit: everything from the theme to creating, curating and executing the entire content, production and communications. Whilst with a similar overall theme to the Europe version, the execution for this event was very different – more intimate, close up and personal connecting the speakers to the audience. This sparked creativity, involvement, interaction and for many, a totally new way of thinking, attitude and direction.
