With a comprehensive knowledge base of design and marketing within the hospitality sector, we were approached by a client to create and present a series of workshops to hotel marketing and sales professionals.

The sessions included best practice and advice on how to use on and offline media to drive revenue to the bar and restaurant outlets within the hotels and compete with the high street and destination venues. Topics included how to think like a brand, which social media channels to use and how to use them, email marketing and innovative ways to bring new customers through the door.

We also created a handy bite-sized version of the presentation which was designed and printed in 24 hours – a new record, even for us!
