Today is National Fish and Chip Day which gives us an excuse to show off our branding for The Smokehouse in Folkestone.

As celebrity chef Mark Sargeant's 'posh fish and chips restaurant', The Smokehouse needed a strong, clean identity that distinguished it from the regular, greasy takeaways. We drew on the location and Victorian heritage to create a modern take on a historical style, drawing references from Victorian packaging design.
